Lease payments can be tax-deductible business expenses. If you own the equipment outright, there would be annual depreciation expenses. You’ll want to confirm this with your tax accountant for your specific situation.

 

With leasing, you don’t have to pay to maintain equipment. If something breaks or needs routine maintenance, its included in your rental price.

We offer a wide range of cleaning equipment, chemicals and office consumables.

 

Leasing gives you more choices in terms of the equipment you choose. You’re not as restricted by high up-front costs as you would be when buying equipment. This opens the doors to products you may not be able to afford otherwise.

How Does it Work?

 

1. One of our friendly sales consultants will come and do a site survey. (Samples can also be arranged)

2. Once both parties are happy with quantities products and services, we can work out your monthly rental and service price.

3. When you are happy with the quotation a contract will be sent and need to be signed by both parties.

ALL DONE – The rest is up to us – we will arrange a time and date to install your new equipment.

 

Monthly Services

All dispensers will be cleaned and serviced monthly this includes fixing or replacing problem dispensers,

Changing batteries. Testing and replacing refills every 30 days. All included in your monthly rental price! NO HIDDEN COST

Soap Dispensers – Serviced every 30 days
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Paper Towel Dispensers – Installed & maintained
You order paper when needed.

 

Wall Bins – Installed & maintained
You order waste bin liners when needed.

 

Air Fresheners – Serviced every 30 days
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Sanitary Bins – Serviced every 7 or 14 days depending on your needs.
We disinfect the bin remove the waste and dispose of the waste accordingly.
Waste disposal certificate available for auditor purposes.

 

Hygiene Bag Dispensers- Serviced every 30 days
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Auto Sanitisers – Serviced every 30 days
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Toilet Roll Holders – Installed & maintained. –
You can order toilet paper when needed.

 

Seat Sanitizer – Serviced every 30 days
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Hand Sanitizer – Serviced every 30 days.
We replace the refill and service the dispenser

 

Deep Cleaning- We offer deep cleaning services on washrooms,
Urinals cleaning, toilet cleaning, basins, showers, locker rooms.
Please arrange for a sales consultant for a site survey.
This can be done on a monthly basis or when needed.
